PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Mindful of the vital need for promotion of sports among our youth, we have introduced sports and physical training programs at our Institution. Such activities contribute a great deal to the formation of a balanced personality Accordingly, we provide full opportunities to our students to participate in various games, such as hockey, cricket, football and basket ball etc. or take part in the physical exercise. Athletic events are also held to Keep the students physically fit. All these activities have become a regular feature of our syllabus.The players of each OEA team are selected purely on merit, keeping in view their skills, interests and aptitudes for a particular game, the sports incharge prepares OEA teams for participating in the sports events/tournaments Held at the inter college/district/division/province levels.Coaching camps are arranged by the Academy in order to eliminate the lapses, and shortcomings found among the players and to further boost their morale and skill in the particular game.So for the Academy has participated in every major sport event/ tournament held at the inter college/district/division/provincial level and by the grace of the Almighty Allah our players have proved their Skill and sportsmanship by winning different trophies and medals on different occasions.

LITERARY ACTIVITIES

Literary activities like speeches, debates, drama, writing poetry or prose are part and parcel of the student’s life. As such they are highly important means for intellectual development and mental recreation of the students. It is not only the classroom study which determines the full potential of our youth who are blessed with various talents but the students, through these literary activities, are trained to develop initiative, confidence, conviction and determination. In short, these literary activities provide a forum for developing their leadership qualities in pursuance of the policy of exploration of talent and potentials and further to translate them in pursuance of the policy of exploration of talent and potential and to further translate them into practical activity, various clubs and Societies have been constituted in the Academy as under

  1. Science Club  2. Urdu Debating and Dramatic Club. 3. English Debating and dramatic Club. 4. Arts and crafts society. 5. Oxford literary forum.

Each society under the leadership of a staff member submits schedule of its activities to the chief proctor, who incorporates it in a monthly program conducted usually on the last working day of every month.
