* S.S.C., Provisional Certificate. * Detail Marks Certificate (D.M.C) * Character Certificate.
* Migration Certificate (if passed from a Board other than B.I.S.E Malakand). * Domicile Certificate.
* Four attested passport size photographs. * Under-taking on the non-judicial stamp paper.
The Admission form completed in all respects should be submitted in the college office before the last date, notified.
Term wise Examination are conducted for all the classes according to the course covered during a term. Term wise Examinations are categorized as under:-
1.First Terminal Examination Term
2.Second Terminal Examination Term
3.Pre-Board Examination. It is mandatory to qualify the Pre-Board Examination in order to be permitted to appear in the Board Examination.
4.Monthly tests, are also held in each subject to monitor the progress of the students.
I) Each term wise examination is conducted as a full examination.
ii) Marks obtained in the two terminal exams may be given “weight-age” in the Pre-Board exam, depending upon the nature of the case.
iii) The academic reports are issued to the students with the remarks of the class teacher/tutor of the Principal for perusal of parents/guardians. If desired parents may discuss the progress of their children/wards with the Principal/Director.
Iv) Marked Answer sheets of the 1st and 2nd term wise exams and of the Pre-Board exam are shown back to the Students questions solved, so that they may know about their mistakes and improve their performance.
A student is required to attend 85% of the total lectures delivered during the Academic session.
A student who remains absent for six consecutive days in any subject without application will be struck-off the Academic roll, such a student may be re-admitted if He/She applies for re admission within 10 days and pay Rs. 1000 as re-admission fee.
However, his readmission will be subject to the recommendation of the teacher concerned and the approval of the Principal. The same rule applies to the science practical.
SEA has arranged a fleet of vehicles which is used for the transportation of students of primary and high sections, from various places within a radius of about 30 kilometers. However, this facility is not extended to the Inter section. Therefore, the parents/ guardians of Inter class student should make their own arrangement for transporting/ escorting the students to and from
the Academy. The OEA does not accept any responsibility for the security of the students after they leave the Academy premises.\
