Admission Rules

  1. On the commencements of the academic year, applications for admission to various classes (from nursery to XI) are invited through a formal notification.
  2. The dates for admission tests and interviews are also intimated in due course of time.
  3. Applications for admission are submitted on the prescribed form available at the college office on payment.
  4. Three passport size photographs(for college level) and school leaving certificate of the last school attended.
  5. The admission forms complete in all respects must be submitted before the schedule date.
  6. The admission will be on competitive basis.
  7. No candidate is admitted unless the admission committee is satisfied
  8. The candidate must be of good moral character and behavior.
  9. Parents/ Guardians have to submit an affidavit on Stamp Paper, to guarantee the student/ward sound conduct.
  10. Student wishing admission in any class of the school section are required to qualify a written test in English, Science, Urdu, Istamiyat, Maths, Physics, Chemistry.
  11. Students seeking admission in (Part-1) must present the original documents at the time of interview. The admission will be cancelled, If the said documents are found tampered The date of admission and interview will be displayed on the academy notice board.
  12. Fee once paid shall not be refundable.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO INTER (PART-I)

The aggregate score will be calculated with 60% from the matriculation results and 40% from the entry test.
  1. Students who have passed the S.S.C Examination in grade A and B are eligible for admission. Apart from this, if the Admission committee deems it necessary, they could be asked to give a written test in English, Maths and Science subjects. They will also be interviewed by the admission committee, who shall evaluate their aptitude and conduct. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit, determined by the candidates’ academic record and on his Performance in the test/ interview.
  2.  Maximum age limit for the candidates seeking admission to inter Part-1- is 18 years.
  3. Students seeking admission in inter Part-1 must attach attested photo copies of the following documents with the application Form.

* S.S.C., Provisional Certificate. * Detail Marks Certificate (D.M.C) * Character Certificate.

* Migration Certificate (if passed from a Board other than B.I.S.E Malakand). * Domicile Certificate.

* Four attested passport size photographs. * Under-taking on the non-judicial stamp paper.

The Admission form completed in all respects should be submitted in the college office before the last date, notified.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO INTER (PART-I)

  1. Leave would be granted then only when it is extremely unavoidable.
  2. A written application should be sent to the Principal by the student or his/her parents/guardian, as well in time while explaining the illness or cause of absence.
  3. Sick leave for more than 3 days will be sanctioned only on producing a valid Medical Certificate.
  4. Any kind of leave other than sick leave exceeding three days shall be granted, when the application is attested by the parents/guardians.
  5. All kinds of leave up to two days will be granted by the concerned class teacher/tutor, and beyond that by the Principal only.
  6. In all cases leave taken will be at student’s own risk so far as the percentage

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO INTER (PART-I)

EXAMINATION

Term wise Examination are conducted for all the classes according to the course covered during a term. Term wise Examinations are categorized as under:-

1.First Terminal Examination Term

2.Second Terminal Examination Term

3.Pre-Board Examination. It is mandatory to qualify the Pre-Board Examination in order to be permitted to appear in the Board Examination.

4.Monthly tests, are also held in each subject to monitor the progress of the students.

5.EVALUATION AND RESULTS

I) Each term wise examination is conducted as a full examination.

ii) Marks obtained in the two terminal exams may be given “weight-age” in the Pre-Board exam, depending upon the nature of the case.

iii) The academic reports are issued to the students with the remarks of the class teacher/tutor of the Principal for perusal of parents/guardians. If desired parents may discuss the progress of their children/wards with the Principal/Director.

Iv) Marked Answer sheets of the 1st and 2nd term wise exams and of the Pre-Board exam are shown back to the Students questions solved, so that they may know about their mistakes and improve their performance.

10.ATTENDANCE AND DETENTION

A student is required to attend 85% of the total lectures delivered during the Academic session.

A student who remains absent for six consecutive days in any subject without application will be struck-off the Academic roll, such a student may be re-admitted if He/She applies for re­ admission within 10 days and pay Rs. 1000 as re-admission fee.

However, his readmission will be subject to the recommendation of the teacher concerned and the approval of the Principal. The same rule applies to the science practical.

15.TRANSPORT

SEA has arranged a fleet of vehicles which is used for the transportation of students of primary and high sections, from various places within a radius of about 30 kilometers. However, this facility is not extended to the Inter section. Therefore, the parents/ guardians of Inter class student should make their own arrangement for transporting/ escorting the students to and from

the Academy. The OEA does not accept any responsibility for the security of the students after they leave the Academy premises.\
